Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping
We ship worldwide via Aramex, DHL, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times vary by destination. You will be able to select your preferred carrier and see estimated delivery times at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase — there are no hidden charges.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. ALTairEGO is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or delays caused by customs clearance. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Orders are not eligible for a refund on the basis of refused customs charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment. Tracking is available for all orders, regardless of destination. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us via WhatsApp.
Delivery Delays
While we do everything possible to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. ALTairEGO is not liable for delivery delays once an order has been handed to the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in following up with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp — we will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched.
