Yes. ALTairEGO products are covered by a manufacturer warranty. If you believe your product has a defect, contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and photos and we will assist you promptly.

Place one cushion in front of each tyre, drive slowly onto them until the tyre is fully seated, then leave the vehicle in park. The cushions will support the tyre correctly for the duration of storage. Full instructions are included in the box.

Yes. All ALTairEGO cushions are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The cushions can be wiped down with a damp cloth or washed with water. If washed, allow a full 24 hours to dry completely before placing them back under the vehicle.
