Eligible Returns.
We accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions. Please review these carefully before submitting a return request.
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
- Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
- Item is free from damage not present at time of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided
Non-Eligible Items.
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Items that have been installed, mounted, or driven on
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Items with missing, damaged, or tampered packaging
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during a clearance event
The Return Process.
All returns are handled directly through our team. Follow these steps to initiate your request.
Refunds & Exchanges.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. If approved, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different model.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective or Wrong Items.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we cover all return shipping costs and will resolve the issue with priority. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
